  2. www.hajcommittee.gov.in • Those pilgrims who confirmed their flight booking online through e-booking process shall report their respective embarkation only one day before the schedule date & time of departure for collection of their Passports and travel documents. • Online Flight Booking Confirmation can be done from date of receipt of flight allotment till 2 clear days prior to date of departure. • No Cover shall be split under any circumstances. • If any pilgrim miss the flight after confirmation of flight booking he/she shall have to deposit Rs.25,000/- per pilgrim to be accommodated in the next flight subject to availability of seats.

  3. www.hajcommittee.gov.in • The reporting time at the Airport shall be six (6) hours prior to the departure of flight. • Haj Committee of India (HCoI) reserves the right to change the flight date / timing or even to cancel the journey in case of exigencies. • After online flight booking confirmation has been made, change in the flight date shall be made only in case of Death or serious ailment / accident of the person concerned or close family member. The confirmation of seat(s) in the next flight shall be subject to availability of seat(s).

  4. Procedure for online Flight Confirmation • Haj Committee of India provide online Flight Booking Confirmation facility on the website. • If you want to use this facility as shown on website under heading “Online Flight Booking Confirmation”
