  1. ENTERNAL COMPUTER

  2. Microprocessor incorporates the functions of computer's central processing unit (CPU) on a single integrated circuit[1], or at most a few integrated circuits. [2]It is a multipurpose, programmable device that acceptsdigital data as input, processes it according to instructions stored in its memory, and provides results as output. -

  3. Mother Board motherboard is the central printed circuit board (PCB) in many modern computers and holds many of the crucial components of the system, providing connectors for other peripherals. The motherboard is sometimes alternatively known as the main board, system board, or, on Apple computers, the logic board It is also sometimes casually shortened to mobo.

  4. BUS • a bus is a subsystem that transfers data between components inside a computer, or between computers.

  5. Types of architecture • ISA- industry standard architecture • EISA- enhance ISA,upgraded version of ISA. • AGP-accelerated graphics port • USB- universal serial bus

  6. Power supply • is a device that supplies electricalenergy to one or more electric loads. The term is most commonly applied to devices that convert one form of electrical energy to another, though it may also refer to devices that convert another form of energy (e.g., mechanical, chemical, solar) to electrical energy.

  7. Hard disk • also hard drive or hard disk) is a non-volatile, random access digital data storage device. It features rotating rigid platters on a motor-driven spindle within a protective enclosure

  8. IDE • is a standard electronic interface used between a computer motherboard's data paths or bus and the computer's disk storage devices. The IDE interface is based on the IBM PC Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) 16-bit bus standard, but it is also used in computers that use other bus standards.
