  2. The 80/20 Rule In any group 20% of the people make 80% of the difference. We are all capable of being Top 20’s – there is a Top 20 in all of us People who are in the Top 20 Think, Learn and Communicate differently.

  4. The Line Above the Line Our thinking is serving us in our best interest. Below the Line Our thinking is NOTserving us in our best interest.

  5. Star Qualities – develop these within yourself to be in the Top 20 more often Creativity Self-confidence Organization Responsibility Outgoing Self-motivated Persistence Enthusiasm Emotionally Aware Self-discipline Focus Optimism Proactive Courage Spiritualism

  6. Success in life will be determined more by your EQ than your IQ. IQ Book-smart Brain Power Graded on in School EQ Self-smart People-smart School-smart

  12. Advisory Beginning on November 10: Grades 6-12 will be doing Top Skills or Life Skills during Advisory time - Schedule Review the Activity before you do it. It may take more than one advisory period to finish a lesson – adjust as needed.
