  2. Physician Menu Type “MCP”; ENTER Type “MCP”; ENTER

  3. Managed Care Program Menu (MCP) Type “CDSK”; ENTER

  4. Clerk Menu (CDSK) Type “EOD”; ENTER

  5. Defaulted to Change Search Criteria; ENTER

  6. Use F11 to select all to narrow your search, or individually select specific criteria with the END key; ENTER

  7. Defaulted to Search for Appointments; ENTER

  8. Use the END key to select the appointment(s) you want to change; ENTER

  9. You can make changes to any of the fields in white. If a patient was accidentally checked in on AHLTA, you can change their status back to Pending. If you need to back-date an a walk-in patient, you can change the appointment date. For instance, if you work with the recruits, and you don’t input their vaccinations until the following day, you can go into the EOD and change the dates to the day the recruit was actually seen and vaccinated. Once finished; ENTER

  10. You can also press F10 once you have made your changes. Type “F” to File/Exit with your changes, ENTER to exit w/out saving changes, or type “E” to make further changes.

  11. Defaulted to No; ENTER If “Yes”, type “Y”; ENTER and fill out follow-on screen.

  12. ENTER; ENTER

  13. Defaulted to Print EOD Reports; Type “Q” if you don’t need to print; ENTER You can also type “S” to ensure your changes went through; ENTER
