  2. Noua Aplicaţie DS-160The New DS-160 Visa Application Form Informaţii Generale: Background: A new step in the ongoing modernization of the visa application process. The DS-160 is a fully web-based non-immigrant visa application form. The new DS-160 form replaces the following forms: DS-156 DS-157 DS-158 • Reprezintă un nou pas în modernizarea procesului de solicitare a vizelor. • DS-160 este un formular electronic pentru solicitarea vizelor temporare. • Noul DS-160 înlocuieşte următoarele formulare: • DS-156 • DS-157 • DS-158

  3. Noua Aplicaţie DS-160The New DS-160 Visa Application Form Informaţii Generale: Background: One form instead of three. Completely online – nothing to be filled out by hand. Pop-up translation into Romanian of the text. “Save” function - do not need to complete all at once. The application can be saved for reuse. Print only one page – the confirmation page. • Un singur formular în loc de trei. • Totul online – nimic de completat în scris. • Traducere automată în limba română a textului formularului. • Funcţia “Salvează” – nu este necesar să fie completat într-o singură sesiune. • Aplicaţia poate fi salvată şi reutilizată. • O singură pagină de tipărit – pagina de confirmare.

(Bucharest, Romania) Select the Embassy or the Consulate where you will apply. • Apasaţi “Test Photo” pentru a testa şi încărca fotografia. Click “Test Photo” to test and start uploading your photo.

  7. Completarea Formularului DS-160Completing the DS-160 • Pasul 3Step 3 ÎncărcareaPhoto fotografieiUpload • Selectaţi fotografia şi apăsaţi butonul “Upload Selected Photo” . Browse your photo and click “Upload Selected Photo” . • Dacă fotografia îndeplineşte standardele de calitate, apăsaţi “Continue Using This Photo”. If the photo meets the quality standards click “Continue Using This Photo”. • Dacă fotografia nu e acceptată, apăsaţi “Continue Without a Photo” sau “Select a Different Photo”. If the photo does not pass click “Continue Without a Photo” or “Select a Different Photo”.

Complete all questions carefully and accurately. • Introducerea unor informaţii incorecte sau incomplete va duce la întârzierea procesării aplicaţiei. How to save the form DS-160? • Puteţi salva aplicaţia pe hard drive şi procesul de completare poate continua ulterior. The application can be saved to the hard drive and you may continue later. • Apăsaţi “Save” la finalul fiecărei pagini completate. Click “Save” at the bottom of any page completed. • Apăsaţi “Save Application to File”. Click “Save Application to File”. • Apăsaţi “Save” şi selectaţi partiţia în care doriţi să salvaţi.
