BSA Troop 970 Mulch Mail Order Form for 2008 Please select number of bags (3 cu. ft. each) and discount price level that applies to your order: c 5-25 bags at $4.25 per bag c26-50 bags at $4.00 per bag c 51+ bags at $3.75 per bag (5 bag minimum order) • IMPORTANT NOTICE! – Your personal check will be processed electronically through the Automated Clearing House (ACH). By submitting payment in check form you are authorizing us to initiate an ACH debit in the amount of your check from the account on which you have written the check. Your check will not be returned to you, but you will see a record of the transaction and the associated check number on your checking statement.
