  1. 请按以下步骤操作：1.在桌面”高三学生照片”文件夹中按考号(电子表格)找到自己的相片。2.打开网址，提交申请并上传相片。特殊户籍考生与户主关系选择“其它”，继续填写特殊户籍考生登记表。http://bm.sz.edu.cn:8008/jkxt/login.jsp3.填完所有信息后到电脑1室打印借考申请表两张，领夹子，核对无误后回班级。 4.将借考申请表(一式两份)，盖章的手写的特殊户籍审查表(一式两份) ，学生二代身份证原件及复印件，学生和父母户口本原件及复印件， (纸的订在一起，表格在上，复印件在下，证件放最上面，用夹子夹好。周二下午17:00前上交所有资料到班主任处。
