  2. Script • You are an auditor visiting a new factory producing sliced vacuum packed bacon. You have completed the opening meeting and are now carrying out the factory visit. • You are now in the section of the factory where the product is sliced and packed. • You are standing next to the process lines. • Carefully review the following picture. The bacon has been sliced, vacuum packed and the packs are moving on conveyor belts through a metal detector, over a checkweigher and then labelled using a product label with jet ink coding printing for date coding. TASK What sections of the Standard would you expect to assess at this point in the factory?
