  2. When: Whaling started in the 1500’s still going today. Whales start to mate at about six to thirteen years old.

  3. Why: • Back in the day people killed whales for these things. • Meat,oil,wax,ambergris,organs,bones.

  4. What: • Whales come in these colours blue,black,white and grey. • Toothed whales can live till seventy years old but Baleen whales can live to eighty. Help me!

  5. How: • With harpoons and boats that are big and small.

  6. Where: • Whaling was used all over the world and now remains in very few countries which are Iceland,Japan,Norway and a bit in the Antarctic.

  7. Who: • Whales and whaling people.

  8. Did you know • At least 300 whales get killed each year. • Japan once killed 1050 in one season. • Whales are endangered animals.
