  2. What is Fiber and where can I find it? • Fiber is known as roughage or bulk because your body cannot digest it at all! Fiber quickly passes through your digestive track unlike most foods. There are two kinds of Fiber Insoluble Fiber, and Soluble fiber. • Fiber can be found mainly in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes.

  3. Two kinds of Fiber? No way! • Yes there are two types of Fiber, One; • Insoluble Fiber.. This type of fiber doesn’t dissolve in water. This type of fiber benefits many people who suffer constipation. And there is; • Soluble Fiber, this type does dissolve in water and forms a gel like material. It can help lower high cholesterol and high sugar levels.

  4. Where can I find these fibers? Soluble Fiber’s can be found in.. Oats, Pea’s Bean’s Apples Carrots. Insoluble Fibers.. Can be found in… Whole Wheat Flour Nuts Vegetables Wheat Bran.

  5. Why Fiber? • Eating lots of foods that are rich in Dietary Fiber benefits you because… • It helps normalize bowel movements. • Can help lower cholesterol and blood sugar levels. • Assists in healthy weight loss. • Helps Prevent Colon Cancer.

  6. How do I make fiber part of my daily diet? Eating fiber isn’t hard! Just make healthy switches like whole wheat bread and whole grain cereals. Most of the time you won’t even notice the difference. 
