  1. UGC NET Important Instruction You Must Know Before Going to the Examination Hall

  2. Introduction National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the official notification of UGC NET Exam. Candidates must check some important instruction that must know before going to the examination hall.

  3. What Document You Must Carry in the Exam Hall Candidates who are going to the Test Centre must be carried some UGC NET important documents that are needed to entry in the UGC NET examination centre. If you miss any of the below document, then it can be possible that you will miss your exam. So, read carefully and mark down the documents that required in the exam hall.

  4. What Document You Must Carry in the Exam Hall Printed copy of UGC NET Admit Card downloaded from NTA website. One passport size photograph for pasting on the specific space in the Attendance Sheet at Centre during the Examination. The name on the photo identification must match with the name as shown on the Admit Card.

  5. What Document You Must Carry in the Exam Hall If the name has been changed due to events such as marriage, candidate must show the relevant document at the time of exam. Marriage Certificate/ Divorce/ Decree/ Legal Name Change Document. PwD certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if claiming the relaxation under PwD category.

  6. List of Prohibited Materials in UGC NET Exam Some materials are strictly restricted/prohibited in UGC Exam Hall as per the guidelines of National Testing Agency (NTA). In case, if the candidates carry these prohibited materials in the UGC NET Exam Centres, he/ she will be responsible for their own items. Candidates are not allowed to carry any baggage inside the Examination Centre.

  7. List of Prohibited Materials in UGC NET Exam Candidates are not allowed to carry : – Textual Material Calculators Docu Pen Slide Rules Log Tables and Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator

  8. List of Prohibited Materials in UGC NET Exam Candidates are not allowed to carry : – Printed or Written Material Bits of Papers Mobile Phone Blue-tooth Devices Pager or Any Other Electronic Gadget/ Device etc.
