  3. ISNI Training Task Group • Charge: to develop an ISNI training curriculum for PCC ISNI participants; document procedures and workflows (Chair: John Hostage) • Completed preliminary version of training documents for working with the web version of ISNI (https://wiki.duraspace.org/x/GgO1Bg). • Training for the LD4P cohort that is joining the ISNI project has just launched.

  4. SCT LRM Training Task Group • Charge: Develop a training curriculum for PCC participants in the IFLA Library Reference Model (LRM) (Chair: Nancy Lorimer) • Outline includes 12 modules, each meant to be about 5-10 minutes worth of reading. • Current target: ready for review before ALA annual.

  5. Series Training/Policy Revisions • SCT is working with SCS on a joint process (SCT coordinator: Lisa Furubotten; SCS coordinator: Bob Maxwell) • Continuing to analyze and make recommendations on sections that were previously reported as needing clarification. • Current target: ready for review before ALA annual.

  6. SCT Minimal Punctuation Training Task Group • Charge: Develop a training curriculum for PCC participants in minimal punctuation, based on the PCC Guidelines for Minimally Punctuated Data developed by the PCC SCA. (Chair: Laura Ramsey) • Approved by PoCo in April, but group will not be formed until the Guidelines are complete and approved by PoCo.

  7. Linked Data • Forming a joint SCT/Linked Data Advisory Committee task group • Currently reviewing a draft charge • Discussing scope • Connecting with DCMI Teaching Metadata IG • What’s available now: • Linked Data Training Resources Environmental Scan (2016)

  8. Other activities • URI Training Task Group: On hold waiting for policy decisions. • Conser Manual update: Minor changes were completed and have been published • SCT participated in the PCC task group which prepared a response to the ALCTS CAMMS SAC white paper (A Brave New (Faceted) World).
