  1. The following clients have requested your company to assist them in reaching their health and fitness goals. You will begin today and have 4 weeks until presenting your package to the ZFI panel.   2. Kimberly Blooser Cause: Spends too much time eating Nutella out of the jar, no exercise and high carbohydrate intake. Goal: Get back into a good physical condition as picture on right.
  3. Cristiano Ronaldo Cause: Cristiano suffered a bad tackle from Teammate Pepe. He broke his leg and sat on the couch for 3 months eating nothing but junk food. His contract will not be renewed unless he can get back to peak playing condition. Goal: To reach his previous athlete condition
  4. Beyonce Cause: Beyonce has a tour coming up and she needs to hit a great physical condition!!!! She has not been touring and has been consistently eating pizza and Mcdonalds Goal: To get back into performing shape
  5. Diego Maradona Diego has been called up to replace Lionel Messi in the 2014 world cup. He needs to get into fantastic, healthy shape to play on the best defenders in the world. Cause: he has been out of the game for a while with a bad diet and NO exercise Goal: Get into athletic shape ready to play
  6. Lenny Shabalala Has won numerous marathons. Very lightweight, lots of cardio Goal: To put on bulk and muscle
  7. Momma house Momma house is starring in the upcoming movie “big mommas house 3”. She needs to get into a healthy state. Cause: too much Maccas! Not enough exercise! Goal: To cut down on carbohydrates and get into great shape!
  8. Lebron James Cause: After winning last years MVP, Lebron was offered a sponsorship deal worth $90 million with Hungry Jacks. He ate this for dinner every night for 6 months with no basketball or any training. Goal: To get the “King” back in athletic shape
  9. Melissa Van Bertouch Melissa has just won a position in the Australian Netball team but the coach says she needs to add a bit of extra weight Cause: Melissa does lots of cardio training and has a quick metabolism Goal: to put on 5kg of muscle before the season starts
  10. Neymar Needs to put on some muscle!! Cause: Neymar does a huge amount of cardio and has a fast metabolism Goal: Neymar will be playing against some of the toughest defenders in the world. He needs to put on 5-10 kilograms of muscle before the season starts.
  11. Minnie McSkinny Has a phobia of eating carbohydrates and sweets. Wants to overcome this to get into a healthy shape. Goal: wants to put on some weight quickly!!!
  12. Ronny Berger Ronny loveeees food, especially burgers. He wants to make a lifestyle change for his kids! He wants to set a good example! Cause: No exercise, is setting a bad example for his children. Very high junk food diet. No fruit or vegetables. Goal: to get into a healthy state, a good body weight and to begin to be active
