Corporate History • 1982 – Company founded as Aurec Information • 1984 – Aurec Information and SBC form a joint venture • 1985 – SBC acquires 50% of the company • 1988 – Aurec has operations on five continents • 1995 – Amdocs created as a holding company. • 1997 – WCAS Investors invested in company.
