  3. Partners • experience in learning seniors, • Seeking new learning methods (in ICT or languages) • Be interested in other cultures • Scientific dimension of learning (focus on the process and efects)

  4. Computer courses From • 1. basic skills • 2. to the possibilities of the Internet • 3. ICT in learning English • 4. English as a tool for interculture communication

  5. Planned effects • establishabilities to achieve quite good computer skills: breaking the psychological barrier up to learning without any help (selflearning) • research on how to support seniors in the process of learning • publish a coursebook or methodical files

  6. stages • Need analysis of seniors in learning computer skills\ website • Establishing learning/teaching methods during the meeting in Hamburg october 2010 • Draftcurriculum • Pilot course in partners countries • First evaluation at each partner’s place, made by partners • 3-level courses (basic, adv., English) • Mobilities- tandem courses in English • Final evaluation in Wroclaw (conference, city tour and a BIG FUN) • Completing the coursebook, draft version

Social dimensions • Meeting cultures and regional ways of learning • Establish stronger contacts between European citizens, find friends, tasting everydays’ culture of partners • Prevent older citizens from social exclusion risks (three main key competences- IT & English& intercultural communication)
