  2. Power shoes - These shoes are great for adding extra yardage on your kicks - Most common types of power shoes: Nike Laser/Laser II, Adidas Predator Powerswerve, DiadoraMaximus RTX 14 and Puma King.

  3. Speed Cleats • These are made for people who like to not only beat their defenders, but also beat the goalie. • Most common speed cleats: Adidas F.50, Nike Vapor IV, Puma V1.08.

  4. Hybrid Cleats • These are for the all-around players who need the combination of speed and power. • The most popular Hybrid cleats are Adidas Adipure, Nike Air Legend, Adidas Predator Absolion, DiadoraMaracana RTX 12.

  5. Which one is right for you? • Depends on two things, width of foot, and position. • If your foot is wider, it will be easier to fit a power shoe, if your foot is narrow it will generally fit a speed shoe. Hybrid shoes will fit the in-betweens, and can be used by pretty much everyone.
