  7. What are the deadlines? • By end of March 17th - $90 per exam. • March 18th – March 24th – additional $50 late fee per exam - $140 per exam! • March 25th – NO MORE ORDERS. This is a hard deadline. There are no exceptions. Parents calling the school will not change this.

  8. Financial Assistance • If you are on Free/Reduced Lunch – • See Ms. Willows in 2422 for a code to reduce the price. • If she is not there – fill out a card and slide under her door. Codes will be given out until March 8th. • Code will not work on Late registration. MUST register by March 17th.

  9. Financial Assistance • If you are taking multiple exams or having a personal hardship that needs assistance paying for your exams – • Get an “Application for Financial Aid for 2013 AP Exams” from your Counselor or Ms. Willows in 2422. • Forms must be filled out, signed by your parent and returned by March 1st. No exceptions. • Fee Reductions codes – that reduce the cost by $30 per exam – will be given out on March 5th. • IF you have already paid for your exams – it will be credited to the paying account. • If you have not paid you can enter the code at check out to reduce amount.
