The HUBZone Program • The SBA administers a small business program called the HUBZone Program • HUBZone businesses • Must have their primary place of business located in an officially designated Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) and • 35% of their employees must live within HUBZone areas • GCS employs engineers, scientists, technicians, programmers—all types of workers—who reside in HUBZone areas • Of the small business programs, the HUBZone Program is the only one that is geographically-based (all of the other programs focus on the ownership of the business) • GCS ranks nationally among the largest HUBZone firms that offer Engineering Services as their primary service offering

Employment Offers • We plan to make employment offers to all incumbent employees • Offer letters will go out on June 12th • Employment with GCS will be effective August 1 • We will recognize prior years service history for determining the PTO benefit • There will be no lapse in insurance coverage

Paid Time Off and Holidays • Paid Time Off • Uninterrupted Service PTO Rates for years of earned accrual • 0 - 5 years ( 3 weeks 2.308 hrs/pay period or 120 hr/yr) • 6 - 10 years ( 4 weeks 3.077 hrs/pay period or 160 hr/yr) • 11 or more years (5 weeks 3.846 hrs/pay period or 200 hr/yr) • Employees are fully vested in their PTO balances and may cash out those balances in part or in full at any time • Employees may retain a balance of up to 520 hours of PTO • Holidays • 10 paid holidays per year • 2 winter break holidays must be covered by PTO

Health and Dental Benefits • We offer two medical insurance plans through Mountain State Blue Cross Blue Shield • PPO ($1,000 deductible): Employee Only=$13/wk, Employee + spouse or Employee + child= $73/wk, Employee + family= $117/wk • HDHP ($2,500 deductible): Employee Only=$0/wk, Employee + spouse or employee + child= $47/wk, Employee + family= $82/wk • We offer dental insurance through The Guardian • Covers Preventative Services, Basic Services, Major Services (Restorative), and Adult & Child Orthodontics with a $1500 calendar year maximum while insured • Deduction amounts are: EO = $1/wk, ES = $5/wk, EC = $5/wk, EF = $9/wk • We offer a cash in lieu of benefits option • $150/month for opting out of medical, $20/month for dental • Employee must provide proof of coverage

Preventative Benefits • We offer a Preventative Health Maintenance Benefit • Up to $500.00 per employee and their dependents • Provides employees with a vehicle to obtain preventative services that are not covered under our medical insurance benefit • For example: preventive procedures, immunizations, alternative treatments, weight loss, marathons • We are a StarPort member • Includes a Gilruth Membership

  9. Retirement Plan • The GCS 401(k) Plan is administered by Great West Financial Services • Offers a wide list of investment options • Offers a loan provision • GCS makes a 2% non-matching contribution to each employee’s account • Employee and employer contributions are always fully vested

  10. Flexible Spending Plan • Employees can make annual contributions on a pre-tax basis to a flexible spending account for: • Dependent Care (up to $3,500) • Medical Care (up to $2,500)

  11. Employer-Assisted Housing • We pay a cash bonus equal to $1,000 per year to employees who are newly leasing or renewing lease agreements for properties located in HUBZone designated areas • All employees with full-time, regular employment status are eligible
