  3. MANTINGA HISTORY • 1998 MANTINGA began to import from France frozen bakery products. • 2000 MANTINGA opened a new factory with western technology and production lines. • 2002 MANTINGA built one of the largest Frozen Coldstores in the Baltic States.

  4. ASSORTMENT MANTINGA produces frozen bakery products of more than 190 kinds: • Breads and Rolls • Pastries and Sweet Buns • Doughnuts and Berliners • Frozen Raw Dough

  5. FACTORY • MANTINGA has a workforce of 500 people. • MANTINGA has 16 modern European production lines. • MANTINGA frozen coldstore huoses 2650 European Pallets.

QUALITY CONTROLS andACCREDITATIONS • 2004 MANTINGA has accredited operating quality management system according to international standard ISO 9001 and environment protection management system according to international standard ISO 14001. • 2005 MANTINGA implemented Food Safety Management System in accordance with BRC 2005 standard 4 version.

ACHIEVEMENTS and AWARDS • 2002 A golden medal at the competition ’’The Lithuanian Product of the Year’’ for Puff Pastry Dough. • 2003 A Lithuanian Export Prize. • 2005 A Lithuanian Baker of the Year Prize presented by ICC (International Association for Cereal Science and Technology). • 2005 MANTINGA was granted as the Most Innovated Big Company. • 2006 A laureate certificate at the competition Innovation Prize 2006. • 2006 The best Investment Prize.
