INTRODUCTION Jaz Little Venice Golf Resort is located at about a 90 minutes drive from Cairo International Airport The hotel is owned by Hassan Allam Sons and managed by the TRAVCO Group Hassan Allam Sons is one of the most renowned companies in the field of construction not just in Egypt but across the entire Middle East The TRAVCO group headed by Mr. Hamed El Chiaty is the leading hospitality provider in the region owning and managing numerous properties across the length and breadth of Egypt

FACILITIES The current phase is opening with 60 rooms A pool bar and restaurant, A beach bar 1 all day dining restaurant Lobby bar 24 hours IRD Health Club The hotel will also feature in this phase a 9 hole international level golf course Phase 2 will see the addition of an extra 60 rooms, a full service Spa, a ball room, an additional a la carte restaurant and a golf eatery

THEME The Jaz Little Venice Golf Resort is a part of the Little Venice Resort Complex As the name suggests, the theme of the hotel is inspired from Italian architecture and design This theme is reflected in almost every thing in the hotel, from the restaurant names, to cuisine definition, usage of marble in construction etc The resort is designed in a modern and contemporary style with the emphasis being on giving the product a fresh look The main mode of architecture used is wood with a strong blend of marble featuring in most of the public areas The restaurant and lobby have an ample amount of sunlight coming inside which will make the area look bright and welcoming

CONCEPT & SERVICE STYLE What is a “Boutique Hotel” Boutique Hotel is a term used to describe intimate, luxurious or quirky hotel environments Boutique Hotels differentiate themselves from larger hotels by providing personalized accommodation and services Style, distinction and warmth are key words in the definition of boutique hotels The definition and expression of a theme is a crucial part of the success of a boutique hotel What distinguishes boutique hotels from standardized hotels is the connection that hotel guests experience with members of the hotel staff All boutique hotels impose the acknowledgment of guest names by all hotel staff members

The restaurant is defined by its high level of personalized service Unique a la carte menu reflecting an Italian & Mediterranean theme for dinner Fresh food and airy ambience add to the value of the dining experience Terrazina : Terrazina is the ideal location for you to sit down and enjoy a classic aperitif before you go for dinner. Have a shisha and savor the beautiful evening with friends or explore the various cocktails dished out by our bartenders, the choice is all yours. Salute!!!! The bar is defined by its unique selection of cocktails Afternoon tea service Lively evening entertainment in the evenings on weekends and holidays Gondola Gondola is the perfect place for you to relax and have a drink at the bar to get away from the sun, or enjoy a light meal at any time of the day. The experience of our specially crafted menu, in a stylish and contemporary alfresco setting promises to stay with you long after you have finished your meal. This is the most contemporary pool restaurant in the region Crisp service standards and modern and fresh food define this restaurant

  8. ROOMS DIVISION Deluxe Suite These are the biggest and most spacious suites, with a spacious living room, dining area, separate bed room and a big terrace with sun lounges. The terrace and the dining area is an ideal set up for having a romantic dinner, celebrating a family get together or corporate do’s. There are a total of 10 rooms in this category

ROOMS DIVISION Executive Suite Spacious suites on the second floor with a kitchenette, living area, separate bed room and a vast terrace with sun lounges for those guests who want to enjoy the sun from the comfort of their rooms. The living room is set up with a dining table, and the terrace is big enough to host family dinners and cocktails. A total of 10 rooms comprise this category

A total of 40 rooms in this category, featuring 10 rooms with king beds and 30 rooms with twin beds. 10 of these rooms have inter connecting doors, which can serve ideally for families. In these interconnecting rooms one room is a twin bed while the other is a king bed
