  2. TEAM WORK-FLOW • Final Presentation • Prepare and Deliver Interview Exchange Students from Mexico Collaboration done mostly through email. Other sources of contact (Skype, phone, etc.) were available methods of communication as well. Dropbox used to store in-process/finished deliverables.

  3. Nidhi – Even if you prepare documents ahead of meeting, there will still be questions. Soyoto – Virtual communication is efficient method but sometimes hard to see “expression.” Felicia – When teammates are from different culture, you can’t assume they think the way you do. Eric – More & more ways have been developed to improve the virtual communication. But the most effective one is always the offline preparation ahead. FINDINGS

First time meeting between US sales executive (Mr. Ling) and Mexican director (Director Lopez) Mr. Ling does not address Director Lopez by hierarchical title and gets straight to business (impatient after waiting so long for the meeting) Mr. Ling corrects his behavior in the video clip as the meeting progresses.
