  1. Change Of Registered Office Within The Same City As per the rule, every business enterprise should have a registered office within 30 days of its establishment. The registered office is said to be the office where a company gets all the notices and communications regarding the company. The registered office should be mentioned in the Articles of Association (AOA) and Memorandum of Association (MOA). A company may have a factory, corporate office, administrative office, or branch as its registered office. However, in certain cases, a company may require to change its registered office within the same city or sometimes out of the city. But for both cases, the company needs to follow the compliances mentioned in the Companies Act and Incorporation Rules and inform the ROC about the change of the registered office within the same city or in different city. Following are the important documents that need to be submitted while announcing the registered office:  NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the landlord of the area if the place is on lease. Water bill/Electricity bill/ Receipt of Property Tax Agreement of lease or rent between the company and landlord.   The name and address mentioned on the water bill/ electricity bill/ receipts of property tax must accurately match the lease agreement and NOC. The registered office need not be an industrial or commercial property but it cannot be an under- construction building or vacant land.
