  5. Learning Needs Analysis • 54% of panels said they were not doing well or could do better in directly helping people with disabilities. • 21% said they are doing very well. How are you faring? • 44% of panels said they were not doing well or could do better in guiding others in good practice. • 26% said they are doing very well. DJ Wills People Person
