  3. VALUES: • Honesty • Respect • Loyalty • Discipline I have been doing Karate for over 7 years. It has contributed to who I am today and plays a massive role in my life. My Sensei, Matthew Charles has always been there for me, he is my role model and someone I aspire to be like. I have the utmost respect for him, and my values have derived from the lessons he has taught me.

  5. People often tell me I am stupid for becoming a Vegetarian, I often reply with:“Well at least I have an excuse for my stupidity, what’s yours?”

  6. I was bullied a lot when I was younger, so I understand how it can make someone feel. I am passionate in bringing a better education in schools as to what bullying is and how it can impact someone's life.
