  2. Overview According to a recent survey report, there are more than 617,000 bridges across the United States. However, 50 percent of those bridges are structurally deficient and functionally obsolete. Clearly, the United States is facing an infrastructure crisis for the past few years. Although, things are getting better after the public-private partnership. As per this agreement, a bridge infrastructure company invests private bridge capitalto improve US infrastructure.

  4. Manchac Swamp Bridge It is a twin concrete trestle bridge that is 36.71 km long and connects U.S. Route 51 and Interstate 55. The Manchac Swamp Bridge was opened for traffic in 1979 and is known as the world’s longest toll-free bridge in the United States.

  5. Lake Pontchartrain Causeway It is a 38.44 km-long bridge that is located in Louisiana. In fact, it is the longest bridge in the world. The objective of this bridge is to help travelers move from one side to another side of the city.

  6. Atchafalaya Basin Bridge The Atchafalaya Basin Bridge, also known as Louisiana Airborne Memorial Bridge is a twin bridge that connects Lafayette to Baton Rouge. This 29.29 km bridge was opened to the public in 1973 and is known as the longest bridge in the United States.

  7. I-10 Bonnet Carré Spillway Bridge Itis another longest bridge located in Louisiana, USA. This longest bridge was opened for traffic in 1972 and carries Interstate 1-10. Bonnet Carré Spillway Bridge is a twin trestle bridge that is 17.70 km long.
