When it comes to eating habits, kids can be hard to predict. • It’s a difficult task to the moms to feed their kids and also have make sure that their kids are getting the right amount of nutrition's and proteins. • Here are some fun and healthy afternoon snack recipes for kids, which will make your kid ask for more.

  3. BROCCOLI TREE MUFFIN • 4 small broccoli floretsok • 2 tbs (28 g) butter, melted • 1 tbs (15 g) white sugar • 1 small eggs, slightly beaten • 1/3 cup (75 ml) butter milk Leban • 1/4 tsp salt • 1/4 tsp (1 g) baking soda • 1/3 cup (55 g) corn meal • 1/3 cup (45 g) all-purpose Flour

HOW TO COOK BROCCOLI TREE MUFFIN • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (175 degrees C).  • Blanch broccoli pieces in boiling water and set aside to cool. • Mix butter, sugar together and stir in egg with buttermilk and beat until well blended. • Combine dried ingredients and stir into the egg and milk mixture.  • Pour batter into dusted muffin tins. • Insert broccoli pieces into the batter until covered and not showing. • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until it’s golden on top. HOW TO COOK CURLY CUCUMBER OWL • Cut a slice of bread into a circle and place it on the plate. • Make the wings with red apple. • Cut cucumber slices and place them in concentric circles as eyes. • Use a carrot to cut out the feet and the beak. • Cut out thin slices of an apple and place it as strands at the top of the birds head.
