Eco-Kiosk System • Members deposit bags into the Eco-Kiosk • This takes the credit off their account, so they don’t have to pay a thing • If a member still has bags checked out at the end of a month, they will be charged $2.00 per bag • Grocery Stores are required to charge $0.50 per plastic bag • Citizens can opt, instead, to enroll in the Plastic Disposal System Eco-Kiosk
