Glendale & SCPH Communities • The Southern California Presbyterian Homes Foundation and the City of Glendale would like to identify where a new senior housing complex should be located? • Currently SCPH manages 73% senior units in 6 locations out of total 615 affordable senior units. • Estimated 4-6yr waiting list.

HUD Section 202 • HUD Section 202- Supportive Housing for the elderly focus on the frail and low income. • Provide Additional Services: transportation, nutrition… • 390,000 units built in the US since 1959 • Seniors pay only 30% of their income • Pasadena 875, Burbank 822 & Glendale 615 units • No Proposed New Plans for senior housing in the city of Glendale • Pasadena and Burbank each have 1 HUD Sec 202 project in the pipeline
