The activity managers should cross check information there (e.g. list of activities and group size for underground visits) We realized the Sharepoint is not accessible to everyone. If you cannot access it, please, email MarikaFlygarMarika.Flygar@cern.chhttps://espace.cern.ch/OD2019/_layouts/15/start.aspx#/ • Ana and Francois decided in the afternoon to remove the accessibility summary from the registration page and add a link to the FAQ page where the accessibility is explained without rating. • Didier Constant will present the mobility plan during meeting #4 on June 21st.
