  1. How to Stay Safe and Healthy In the Ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic COVID-19 is a type of coronavirus that enters via nose or mouth and affects the respiratory system in a human body. It makes breathing hard for people. The person with Covid-19 has a dry cough, fever, breathlessness, and tiredness. Originated in Wuhan in China, it has engulfed the entire world by affecting more than 10 million people across the world with thousands of deaths. Due to severe spread, the entire world is under a lockdown phase. All people have to be inside their home. Except for buying essential things and medical emergency, no one can go out. Being inside the home has made taking exercises or working out impossible in the ongoing lockdown. Like a proverb there is light beyond darkness, you have ways to keep yourself healthy and safe. Here are some of them: Take a balanced diet Like air and water, meal is critical for everyone. Ensure that whatever you take in your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and supper has all the nutritional elements. As far as possible, stay away from fast, deep fried, and junk foods, because they take a lot of time to digest and your physical activity is reduced now. Further, avoid having a large meal once a day. Instead opt for have 3-4 or 4-5 small meals a day with proper gaps in them. Take light exercises in the room or in the balcony Due to global pandemic, the entire world is lockdown. No one is allowed to take their steps out from their home. Staying at home doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be physically active. Use your hall or balcony for doing light exercises. You can run in the balcony as you do on the treadmill. Do jogging by tapping your feet at a place. Do whatever you can do for staying active in your home.

  2. Drink water often Drinking water is vital for everyone, as it keeps you hydrated. Apart from keeping you hydrated, it nourishes your skin to keep it smooth. Take a glass of water whenever you feel thrust. If possible, keep sipping water all the time. Don’t go out without any valid reason Covid-19, a type of coronavirus, is taking the entire world in its engulf. It spreads from the droplets left by others through cough or sneeze. You can infect yourself by coming in touch with a suspected person or touching your face after touching any object through your hand outside. If you get infected, you can infect others in your family and locality. Cover your face with a N95 mask if you have to go out for buying essential goods and wash your hands just after coming back. Ensure you have all the requisite items with you Try to buy all the essentials in advance for a week if possible. With this, you can avoid going out daily. If you have any health issues, make the respective medicines available at home. Check the functionality or buy home oxygen concentrators if you already have respiratory problems. Ensuring the availability of all the essentials with you makes you feel relaxed. Conclusion The entire world is under a tough phase. In this ongoing situation, you need to take proper care for yourself. With this, you will stay healthy and safe and help you others stay safe.
