Business Processes Supply Supply Finance Check-Out Scanners are used to scan a pre-printed bar code card and assign the card to individuals or crew bosses The barcode card is then used to checkout and return supplies for the duration of the incident Electronic notification of all issues and returns are available via I-Suite to the Finance Section and Demob Unit Notification on ICS-221 allows verification that all supplies are returned prior to resources being Demobed

  30. 2013 Plans • Voluntary and Available to all IMTs in all Areas • Teams Take Lead Role and Independently: • Set up Computers and Barcoding Equipment • Run the Project from start to finish • At Mobilization, IMTs order Barcode Kit and contacts I-Suite Project Team • Project Team Provides Support to the IMT as needed

  32. The Futuree-ISuite e-ISuite Implemented in 2014 Supply Module not included in the first release of e-ISuite. Will be included in future release (Version TBD)
