  1. FIRE SAFETYLESSON PLANOne of the most important lessons one can learn in what to do in case of emergency. Through this lesson, students will learn about the causes and hazards of fire. They will have the opportunity to actively participate in an exercise that will imitate a fire situation and they can perform the stop/drop/roll drill. Children will also learn about the dangers of lighters and matches and how they are not toys. They will sing a song that will remind them to never play with these. To further instill the gravity of emergency situations, the lesson will incorporate fire drills as well as homework where emergency plans can be discussed at home. REFERENCES: Fire Safety for Kids.
