The development of diverse receiver chipsets and devices, such as mobile phones, USB dongles, car navigations,PNPs/PNDs, etc. has increased the industry demand for a common T-DMB API that can operate in multiple platforms. The T-DMBsoftware is heavily dependent on receiver chipset, OS, and device environment, which results in waste of time and effort due to repeated design tasks.
