Club Powerboat Safety Course put on by Wabamun Sailing Club • Instructor: Michael Leitch mleithch@gmail.com • This is a non-certificate course so students needing to get certified please contact instructor • Students will be used for people getting rescued so bring your boat, wetsuits & lifejacket and expect to get wet for the on the water session. A change into dry clothes is required. We would like single handled and double handed boats for rescue practice • Club Safety procedures and water rescue will covered in the course

  3. Club Powerboat Safety Course put on by Wabamun Sailing Club • Pleasure Craft Operator Card is a requirement for this course so bring to the classroom session. Emergency First Aid is recommended and requirement for certification • 2 WSC whalers will be used for rescue and instructor boats
