  14. How it works in my company? Mother Company 52 engineers from 4 countries Me- taking the idea’s and bringing these to BoD

  15. RESULT : • More than 20 new products in 5 years • Additional Sales of 10M Euro at cost of 1M/year • Hiring rate of 7 new people/year • Salaries far above the average

  16. How it can work in Bulgaria ? Funding, private money? Many young smart and hungry people High-Tech cities and parks at Universities

Where is the gap now? • High-tech parks at the area of high schools- it starts • Clusters to connect companies and idea’s- it starts • Easy access to funding – A BIG PROBLEM! • The threshold to public money is too high and over-regulated • Private money get easier return in the black sectors, via political preferences and activities without limitation of the profit margins
