  5. Typical Day • A typical day of an Avon representative involves talking to a lot of people you don’t know. It is essential to build relationships with potential new customers as well as keeping in contact with current customers. A lot of time will be spent interacting with people.

  6. Typical Day - continued A typical day will also involve replying to a lot of e-mails and keeping up with your website. Once all the communications are finished it will be time to make any product or catalog deliveries you need to make.

  7. Marketing with Avon • The definition of marketing in relation to an Avon representative is getting the word out about products, letting people know new products are available and you are selling them, and building trust in yourself and in the company.

  8. Education and Salary • There are no education requirements to be an Avon Representative • Avon uses commission based pay, so your pay will be determined by how hard you work. A typical representative will bring in between 5,000 – 25,000 per year though.
