  2. THE ISSUE Most students from Huelva city, don’t have a good command of foreign languages. Despite having studied these languages (mainly English) throughout primary and secondary education, they finish their studies without skills to communicate fluently in a foreign language. THE AIM Our survey’s goal is to know our students’ opinion about how important the learning of other languages is and its outcome in their social and professional life. TECHNICAL REPORT
