    How are we delivering on our goal? Broad Data Set: We are the produce scanning pioneers, having incorporated over 11,000 GTINs, which are then mapped to over 900 corresponding PLUs, into our Perishable Product Index so that every piece of produce will deliver back compelling content to the consumer. We’ve also incorporate OpenGraph technology to give growers additional control over their produce data. DataBar Difference: We’re the leaders in enabling DataBar scanning from a consumer’s mobile device. Focused Analytics: We’ve built greenscans Cooperative Analysis platform so that each scan gathers meaningful demographic information about its user.     GLNGlobal Location Number. GS1 identification key the defines a product’s physical location or legal entity. GS1Global association responsible for developing global industry standards aimed at driving efficiency, awareness, supply, and demand of barcodes and their relevant applications. GTINGlobal Trade Item Number. Designed to help automate the global buying and selling process, a GTIN is a predefined identifier whose information can be access at any point in the pricing, purchasing, ordering, or invoicing process. PLUProduct Look-Up. Typically 4 digit ID numbers affixed to produce in grocery stores to help facilitate inventory control (see Figure 1).
