You have Two Options… • The individual 1023 church form is 31 pages long and I will not fill it out for you here • You only need to fill out the 1023 if you are going to have a ministry other than the church; a daycare center, pre-school, store, etc. • Here is the link if you want to file for your own federal tax exemption http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1023.pdf

  3. You have Two Options… • Customized letter from CSBC providing confirmation that your church has the CSBC group exemption • To qualify you must give annually to our Cooperative Program General Fund • We will give you a customized letter for any government issues you face.
