  2. 〜た form???何ですか? It’s the start of many, many grammatical structures that will enable you to expand your Japanese ability For starters… Plain past tense 行きました….行った You can use it to speak casually, so you no longer sound so awkwardly formal when speaking with peers.

  3. Have you ever___? You can be tell and ask about a past experience using the structure 『verbたこと』 And you can play that game, “Have you ever…?” in 日本語. 日本に行ったことがありますか。 アイスコーヒーを飲んだことがありますか。 はい、__たことがあります。 いいえ、___たことがありません。

  4. Some examples: • 私は中国へ行ったことがありません。でも、かん国へ行ったことがあります。 (I’ve never been to China. However, I’ve been to Korea.) • フェラーリにのったことがありますか? Have you ever ridden in a Ferrari? • 日本ですしを食べたことがあります。 I’ve eaten sushi in Japan.

  5. Have you ever….?(〜たことがありますか?) No, I have never….(いいえ、〜たことがありません)Then, won’t you….with me?(じゃ,私と___ませんか?)Oooh. That sounds fun.(わあああ、いいですね!)
