Have you adapted your OpenText™ solutions to accommodate these changes? Health checks can identify ways to fine-tune your OpenText implementation to ensure it supports your business model in the best possible way. • Identify feature gaps, missing patches, and updates • Identify feature gaps, missing patches, and updates Do you know which version of OpenText™ you are running, or are your OpenText™ applications up to date and patched? Is your company at risk because it hasn't implemented critical updates in years? The health check will show you what you're currently using, determine what versions are currently available, and suggest a way to close any gaps.

If you're putting off upgrading to the latest version, it's helpful to know what an upgrade can do and how much it costs. Many customers can remove previously installed customizations using today's out-of-the-box functionality. The health check includes an estimate for upgrades, including a review of any custom requirements you have implemented. For customers preparing for a system upgrade, we evaluate feature support differences between OpenText™ system versions and determine which type of upgrade method is most appropriate for the situation. However, if for some business-specific reason, you prefer to remain in wait-and-see mode, you may simply be looking for ongoing support from your existing implementation. If you are not using 16.2 or later, your support has either been exhausted or will end at the end of your current contract.
