    2. 2 Company tradition Company tradition since 1913 specialized on textile production 1992 – Foundation of company ROTTER, Ltd Production commodity: Textiles – production of interior textile – the most important sales market in Germany and Czech Republic Metal production – since 1993 cooperation with the company ZKL BRNO, start of the new production and entrepreneurial strategy of Rotter Ltd. Production – rotating parts and parts of bearing industry

    3. 3 Development of engineering Due to the partnership with ZKL Brno we increased our engineering and as a consequence of this cooperation we won the orders from the new customers. Important customers: 1993 ZKL BRNO – bearing rings – bearing cage of brass 1996 ZVL PREŠOV – cylindrical, barrel and tapered rolling elements 1996 POWIX BRNO – elements of automotive industry 2002 MAGNETON KROMERÍŽ – elements of automotive industry 2003 TIMKEN OLOMOUC – spin – bearing rings and some smaller ones: RUBENA HRADEC KRÁLOVÉ CONSTRUCT VELKÉ MEZIRÍCÍ etc.

Kc (337 931 €) Sales volume – 787 074 pieces Timken became the second biggest business partner of Rotter Ltd.

Production of SPIN parts – 7 part numbers Production of bearing rings – 140 part numbers Project RENAULT – 8 part numbers (for this year) Turnover dated to 30th June 2006 7 mil. Kc (241 379 €) Budget for the rest of year 2 606 390 pieces.
