Leader Creates a New Account • Go to www.intercall.com/oracle/ • Click on the Set Up Account/Make a Reservation Icon. • Click on first link titled Set up an OA Account. • Fill in the information and you will receive an email with account details within 24 hours – Please include owner number • Note: This will be added to your existing Reservationless Plus account. If you do not already have a Reservationless Plus account, please request one through Oracle’s APS system. • Or call Reservations at 866.672.2530/706.634.9081 Leader schedules a reservation • Go online at www.intercall.com/oracle/ • Click on the Set Up Account/Make a Reservation Icon. • Click on second link titled Schedule an Operator Assisted Call.   36. Frequently Asked Questions • How does an EA/AA get access to their executive’s account?They must be included in Leader Pin changes. This must be cleared with security before an admin is associated with an executive’s account. • Can multiple meetings be held at the same time using one ID?No, you cannot hold multiple meetings at the same time with the same ID.  For multiple simultaneous calls you must submit a Sub-Account request. • When conducting back to back meetings how long is the reset time after terminating one call to start the next?The back to back call option covered in this training has no reset time. • When will our accounts be provisioned?All accounts have been provisioned.
