  2. Your Project! Yes, that is right! You will be doing a poetry project! But, don’t worry, this will be fun! We are going to divide into groups and your group is going to write and publish your very own poem!

  3. Now, we will… Form groups. I want you to, before the end of this lesson today, come up with your five favorite types of poems that you have learned about. Please tell me what your top five are when you are done!

  17. Themes Students, please get into your groups and pick a theme for your poem. Now that you know what kind of poem you will be creating, this is now the most important decision you will make! Choose wisely.

  18. Lab time Today during lab time, we will go to the website http://www.wordle.net/ and create a “wordle.” This is a tool that will help you come up with words that relate to your theme. The more words the better. We will share these on Monday in class!
