Using a unique blend of individual and team-based curriculum, we facilitate an environment where women maximize their own growth while encouraging each other’s progress. Each program features a hybrid approach, with support from peers and experienced executive coaches. Apply Now What Makes Women Ascending Unique Leadership Assessments  You will undergo two assessments: Leadership Circle 360 and Emergenetics® to understand your individual pro?le and discover coworkers’ perceptions. These two assessments provide both individual insight and organizational feedback to enhance your awareness of yourself and your leadership skills. Personalized Plans  You will receive a personalized development plan at the onset that you will continue to work on through the duration of the program. Smaller on Purpose  Each group is only 6 – 8 women, rather than large group learning; it’s very personalized. Carefully Curated Group  There will be only one person from any organization in each cohort, creating a safe space to share and show vulnerabilities. Plus, groups are arranged so that women are in similar organizational positions, creating more opportunities to both give and receive from each other in considerably deeper ways than if the groups were a

Peer Cohort Virtual Sessions  You will have two 90-minute peer cohort sessions per month to provide content, experiential learning, and practice on how to process issues. 1:1 Leadership Coaching  Get 90 minutes of one-on-one coaching each month with seasoned leadership coaches (combined 40 years of experience) who also have business experience. Peer Partner Meetings  Accountability is key. You’ll have weekly peer meetings to create accountability and ensure your success. Three 6-month leadership cohorts for Emerging, Mid-level, and Executive Female Leaders    Emerging Leaders Mid-level Leaders Executive Leaders Leaders in their ?rst role directly managing others, with up to three years of management experience. Leaders who have had at least two management roles, one of which is second-line management with ?ve or more direct reports. Leaders who have a minimum of ?fteen years of management experience, including second-line responsibilities (and above).
