  2. Hardware and software modifications Capacitor bank: 6 x 6 mF instead of 6 x 4.7 mF 850 V charging voltage Mains transformer: Secondary voltage rating changed QPS supervision: QPS_OK setting changed for signal U_HDS_2_Q2 to 0.95 * 800 V = 760 V

  3. Quench heater discharge MQXA modified MQXB U_HDS_2_Q2 = 850 V  820 V across heater strip (Rcable = 0.7 Ω , Rheater = 19.0 Ω) Uearth = |410 V| during nominal discharge Uearth_max = |820 V| during discharge and capacitor bank fuse blown

  4. Quench heater discharge MQXA modified MQXB 11.5 Ω MQXA 19.7 Ω

  5. Quench heater discharge Enominal = 2.65 kJ Emodified = 3.03 kJ To be re-checked after LS1 as the length of warm cables will increase (relocation of protection systems within R2E campaign).
