How to find an Order Line? • Use the Current month tab to find supplier data for the current month • Select “CURRENT MONTH” Tab from the top navigation toolbar • Select the relevant “Operations” from the drop down box • Select (A) "view current detail by PO” or (B) “view current detail by Part”. If you choose (A), you have to fill in PO and PO line; If you choose (B), you have to choose a Part number. • Click on the “View Current Detail” button • If desired, change the criteria from CLIP to e.g. CVP by clicking in the sub-category toolbar

  3. How to find an Order Line? Use the Supplier tab to find Order Line results for previous months: • Select “SUPPLIER” Tab from top navigation bar • Drill down “Total Score” for the CTR Supplier • Drill down “Total Score” for the Supplier you require • Drill down “Delivery” for the supplier-operation • Click on the Delivery criteria you require e.g. CLIP • Select part (12NC) you require or via 12NC search function (On the page of KPI, there is a 12NC search box.) • Select the Line Item i.e. PO Line you require

Definitions of Column headers - CLIP The following definitions refer to the Column headers on the ORDER Detail Screen for CLIP. - Week# indicates the Philips calendar week e.g. 610 refers to year 2006 and week 10 - Manual Update indicates whether a manual update of the data has been made in the GSRS frontend. This is indicated by an asterix in the row where data has been changed. This can be clicked on to show the changes - Day indicates the date (DD/MM/YYYY) - Tol. Early indicates the accepted time tolerance in days earlier than the scheduled date - Tol. Late indicates the accepted time tolerance in days later than the scheduled date - Tol. Over indicates the accepted quantity over the scheduled quantity - Tol. Under indicates the accepted quantity under the scheduled quantity - Sch. Qty. indicates the scheduled quantity - Del. Qty. indicates the delivered quantity - Min indicates the accepted calculated quantity under the scheduled quantity - Max indicates the accepted calculated quantity over the scheduled quantity - Cum Min indicates the cumulative minimum accepted combined with time and quantity tolerance - Cum Max indicates the cumulative maximum accepted combined with time and quantity tolerance - Cum Delivery indicates the actual cumulative delivery - CLIP OK/NOK indicates whether the CLIP delivery scores an OK or NOK - CLIP % indicates the percentage awarded for the CLIP result
