  1. SPONSOR FORM On behalf of the Baltimore/Washington NKBA members, we invite your participation as a sponsor for our 19th annual golf outing. Your contribution of $150.00 per hole allows your company’s name to be printed on a professionally prepared sign placed on the tee box. During the awards presentation, your company will be announced as a sponsor and listed in our chapter newsletter which will be mailed out to 450 members. Also, we would appreciate various door prizes for give aways during the awards presentation and you will be recognized as the donator.
