MMS vendor has proposed delivering the balance of MMS in multiple drops, rather than one, to incorporate Baseline 1 & 2 – we are re-negotiating scope and schedule to suit our EDS demands 1MMS 1 – Accelerated SCED, delivered on schedule • Multiple parallel tracks are proposed: • Documentation • Functional development • Interfaces • CIM Model • MIS Reports • MMS UI (Operator interface, MP interface) • Test procedure/data review • User guide • Training Original schedule for completion of Baseline 0 pre-FAT – Oct 24, 2008 Texas Nodal Program Update
