  2. Guide for interpretation The following items will help PDA Analysts make a deep, comprehensive and detailed analysis of the PDA Graph. With the information contained in this guide, PDA Analysts will be able to organize themselves to go through all the Indicators, Axes and achieve a successful PDA Feedback session.

  3. Guide for interpretation When giving the PDA Feedback, PDA Analysts should not hurry, get impatient or skip indicators. We recommend that you proceed in an ordered, concentrated, detailed and paused manner, to go through each Indicator of the PDA Assessment.

  4. Guide for interpretation Feedback + Listening • Providing PDA Feedback does not only imply talking and presenting tendencies. Providing PDA Feedback also implies listening and explaining. • During the session, the participant must have the opportunity to express comments and points of view. • As PDA Consultants, we must complement the information provided by the PDA Report and Graphs with what the person tells us. The information provided by participants enriches the PDA Individual Feedback Session very much.

  6. Guide for interpretation | Step 1 • During the Feedback session, when you describe the Natural Profile, always use proper language, not technical. A good way to open is: "Basically, this is a person who..."

As PDA Consultants, we must complement the information provided by the PDA Report and Graphs with what the person tells us. The information provided by the person is extremely valuable for the Feedback session.
